Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within Canada only.
Orders are processed within estimated timeframes but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Requests related to damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and will be reviewed at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are:
- Misused or improperly handled
- Stored incorrectly after delivery
- Lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information
